If I could give this office 10 or 100 stars I would but I can only give 5 stars. Everyone here is very professional and nice. The doctor is beyond awesome. Very personable, respectful, professional, caring and not to mention knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable and to be honest I’ve never met a doctor like this and I’ve been in the healthcare field for over 10 years. I appreciate your time and dedication. Thank you 😊. I cannot begin to say how amazing of an experience I had with Dr. Arauz, Lulu, Juan, and the front desk staff! I had to have a procedure done on my gums and felt so anxious about it beforehand, but Dr. Arauz completely put me at ease. He spent around a hour with me at my consultation talking about my worries, past experiences, and how he could help me. They offered me sedation for the procedure and I felt so comforted knowing how well I was being taken care of. The sedation was exactly what I needed to be calm during this procedure. The results from my procedure are everything I wanted them to be. The aftercare was explained wonderfully and was written down for my husband and I to review - bonus that the aftercare supplies are more holistic. Pricing was transparent and I had excellent post-operative care from the office. I will be recommending this office to everyone. Thank you all so so much ❤️

Ms. Lulu is amazing. I wish I had gotten the name of the hygienist who assisted. He put me at ease and they all worked so well as a team.

I arrived at Doctor Arauz’s office on a referral from another doctor for a second opinion for a treatment plan complicated by an unusual gum infection. Doctor Arauz, with his assistant Lulu, were highly effective and efficiently assessed the situation with amazing proficiency. I went from a nervous new guy to a comfortable and confident patient in a matter of minutes. Additionally, we wasted no time formulating the plan to eradicate the infection and getting back on the path of a healthy smile once again. His beside manner was comfortable and reassuring with clear and concise explanations for the initial procedure and future treatment plans. I consider myself a rather frugal fellow and carefulyl weigh my options before spending money. As such, I would consider the associated cost of the initial visit to be reasonable and well invested.
