Very personable, respectful, professional, caring and not to mention knowledgeable. I cannot begin to say how amazing of an experience I had with Dr. Arauz, Lulu, Juan, and the front desk staff! I had to have a procedure done on my gums and felt so anxious about it beforehand, but Dr. Arauz completely put me at ease. He spent around a hour with me at my consultation talking about my worries, past experiences, and how he could help me. They offered me sedation for the procedure and I felt so comforted knowing how well I was being taken care of. The sedation was exactly what I needed to be calm during this procedure. The results from my procedure are everything I wanted them to be. The aftercare was explained wonderfully and was written down for my husband and I to review - bonus that the aftercare supplies are more holistic. Pricing was transparent and I had excellent post-operative care from the office. I will be recommending this office to everyone. Thank you all so so much ❤️

I arrived at Doctor Arauz’s office on a referral from another doctor for a second opinion for a treatment plan complicated by an unusual gum infection. Doctor Arauz, with his assistant Lulu, were highly effective and efficiently assessed the situation with amazing proficiency. I went from a nervous new guy to a comfortable and confident patient in a matter of minutes. Additionally, we wasted no time formulating the plan to eradicate the infection and getting back on the path of a healthy smile once again. His beside manner was comfortable and reassuring with clear and concise explanations for the initial procedure and future treatment plans. I consider myself a rather frugal fellow and carefulyl weigh my options before spending money. As such, I would consider the associated cost of the initial visit to be reasonable and well invested.
